A LITTLE HISTORY
The Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation takes its name from two rivers, the Sèvre and the Petite Maine, which run through some of the most prestigious vineyard sites of the Nantes region. Linked to this AOC is the appellation of Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie: it refers to a specific winemaking technique which gives the wine texture, aromatic richness and elegance. To qualify for this second, complementary AOC, the wine is kept in tank on its lees (the yeast deposit found at the bottom of the tank) for around six months, prior to bottling.

SANCERRE
The grapes of this amazing Sancerre are planted on flint soils that produce firm and structured wines with a mineral bouquet. The pressing happens 3 hours after the harvest. After decanting for 12 to 24 hours, the wine is fermented at a temperature of 18 ° C in order to maintain the freshness of the aromas.
Its robe has a gold pale color. The expressive nose is dominated by citrus and grapefruit aromas. There is a hint of minerality on the palate and it is a very refreshing wine with a rich, aromatic finish.
